Return Eligibility:

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Opened or used skincare items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
